Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Manager to partner with UK and European financial-services organisations, translating regulatory and risk expectations into practical AI guardrails. You will work with governance, risk, compliance, legal, privacy and audit stakeholders to design, deploy and operationalise AI risk controls.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires collaboration with product and deployment teams to refine guardrail performance in production and scale responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical AI controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI risk evaluations and guardrail controls for clients.
• Map guardrails to risk taxonomies, control libraries and evidence workflows.
• Lead workshops and training to enable adoption of controls.
• Ensure auditable control design with clear evidences and narratives.
