SKIMS is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to define, design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver AI-powered products from concept to production.

The role emphasizes multi-agent systems, LangGraph/LangChain, and secure, cost-aware AI delivery across cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in AI initiatives.
• Proven experience leading design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Expert-level Python for AI applications.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude models and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience deploying models via AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with AI observability platforms like Langfuse.
• Experience building multi-agent systems with LangGraph/LangChain/MCP.
• Strong API, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture background.
• Experience integrating AI with ERP, Oracle, Snowflake, or internal APIs.

Responsibilities
