Job summary
Brooksource is seeking an experienced AI Developer to join its Birmingham, AL AI team on a fully onsite, contract-to-hire basis. The role emphasizes enterprise data, AI technologies, and hands-on work with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, and related tools in a collaborative environment.
You will design, develop, and support scalable AI-powered applications, build APIs and microservices, and collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query, join, filter, aggregate, and troubleshoot data.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications incorporating AI and Generative AI capabilities.
- Apply strong software engineering principles using Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Query, analyze, and work with enterprise data using SQL and DB2.
- Build APIs, microservices, and integrations that support AI-powered applications.
- Learn and utilize AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop agent-based applications and workflows.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or similar services.
