Role Overview:
Support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. Assist with data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and algorithm implementation. Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven features. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Support AI model deployment and integration with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions
• Support data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering activities
• Develop, test, and maintain AI-driven application features and machine learning models
• Build proof-of-concept and production solutions utilizing generative AI, agentic AI systems, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering
• Implement algorithms using industry-standard AI and machine learning frameworks
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in AI solutions and data pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices
• Write secure, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Support AI model deployment, monitoring, tuning, and lifecycle management
• Assist in integrating AI with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, artificial intelligence, or related technical discipline
• 0 to 5 years of experience in software development, AI, machine learning, or data science
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and software development lifecycle methodologies
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, model development, and evaluation techniques
• Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, or AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with source control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
