Job summary

P-1 AI is building AI engineer agents for the physical world, with a focus on industrial customer deployments. The AI Deployment Manager owns discovery, success, and growth of customer relationships, partnering with FDEs to ensure Archie delivers peak value.

Remote-friendly with on-site visits and relocation support, this role blends technical fluency with commercial impact. You'll spend time on-site, translate customer needs into specifications, and shape product roadmaps while expanding within

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles with direct responsibility for AI deployments to enterprise customers.
Able to translate customer use cases into actionable product feedback and requirements.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with demonstrated initiative.
Willingness to spend 25%–60% of time on-site with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day success of deployments, unblocking issues and managing priorities.
Capture feedback and emergent use cases to drive feature implementation.
Be the voice of the customer in internal product roadmapping and prioritization.
Drive customer expansion by identifying new teams and use cases within accounts.
Spend substantial time on-site with customers and key stakeholders.
