Job summary

Elios AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Specialist to sit inside enterprise accounts and translate AI capability into production-ready software. You will split time between understanding customer problems and coding integrations, delivering end-to-end workflows with robust security and governance.

You will work closely with customers, product, and platform teams to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions that run in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong Python and API and systems fundamentals.
• Experience deploying and operating on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Enterprise integration experience across systems, data platforms, and auth.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows and data.
• Design and build LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows.
• Wire into customer systems: legacy APIs, on-prem data stores, SSO, enterprise auth.
• Run pilots and production cutover activities.
• Write evals to verify system readiness before handover.
• Translate between business language and engineering perspectives.
• Provide deployment feedback to product to reduce heroic work.
• Handle security reviews and data handling requirements without stalling the build.
