Job summary

HoneyHive is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our platform with enterprise AI teams. You will own full implementation lifecycles, from evaluation to production deployment and long-term adoption, across private VPCs, air-gapped environments, and hybrid clouds.

The role requires hands-on work instrumenting LLM apps, debugging OTEL pipelines, and driving technical adoption with Fortune 500 customers.

Qualifications

5+ years as software engineer, solutions engineer, or tech product manager, ideally at a developer tools, infrastructure, or AI company.
Deep infrastructure expertise — Kubernetes deployments end-to-end, Helm charts, GitOps with ArgoCD, and Terraform provisioning across cloud.
Hands-on cloud networking knowledge: VPCs, private endpoints, IAM, security groups; experience in locked-down enterprise environments.
Enterprise deployment experience in Fortune 500 environments and navigating security reviews, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer implementations — lead self-hosted and SaaS deployments with Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Instrument and debug complex systems — enable customers to instrument LLM applications and agents using OTEL, optimize observability pipelines.
Drive technical adoption — design workshops and code-alongs, translate platform capabilities into concrete customer wins.
Act as a technical advisor on AI engineering — guide evaluation strategies, prompt engineering, and production monitoring.
