Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, architect AI-powered solutions, and drive adoption of our platform across large organizations. You will translate business challenges into tangible, high-impact applications leveraging WRITER's APIs and Knowledge Graph, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to push the boundaries of generative AI.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-growth B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to simplify AI concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap and drive innovation.
• Develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts to maximize ROI.
