Job summary

SOMERSET STAFFING seeks an AI Technical Project Manager in the Boston area to drive adoption of AI-enabled products across the organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage AI initiatives from scope to delivery, and align governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or related experience.
• 3+ years leading Gen AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI SDLC, cloud platforms, developer productivity tools, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Cyber, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent AI projects and workstreams including developer productivity and legacy code modernization platforms.
• Monitor project progress and address risks, blockers, and issues.
• Build partnerships across Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Act as liaison between technology teams, control functions, legal and vendors.
• Deliver status updates to senior management and executives.
