Job summary

Mativ is seeking an AI Delivery Leader to steer enterprise AI initiatives from ideation through deployment in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and data scientists to prioritize use cases, manage delivery, and ensure governance and operational sustainability.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in technology/AI delivery with strong program management, stakeholder management, and experience with Azure/Microsoft AI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology, data, analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives across the full solution lifecycle.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and complex programs with business stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and partners.
• Proven experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, ML, generative AI, agents, or digital solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Strong program, portfolio, and project management capabilities with roadmaps, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management to align diverse stakeholders around decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, automation, agent, analytics, and Copilot initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Establish and manage the AI delivery roadmap, priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across stakeholders, teams, and partners.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements, are scalable, secure, usable, and maintainable.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI opportunities with clear outcomes.
• Oversee delivery of AI solutions including ML models and intelligent automation.
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks, templates, and governance checkpoints for speed and quality.
• Support handoff to product, operations, and business process owners.
