Job summary

Murata is seeking an AI and Data Solutions Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML and data platform initiatives. You will partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable, adoption-ready solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role combines hands-on solution development, project coordination, and governance of AI/data practices, requiring a proven track record of producing production-grade AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, IS, AI, Eng) required.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, cloud platforms, or related technical roles.
• Experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and tools (AWS, Snowflake, SQL) to support analytics workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/ML and data solution initiatives across the organization.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-ready AI/ML solutions delivering business value.
• Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, and adoption plans.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and business impact to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams, security, and partners to align with enterprise standards.
