This hands-on technical leadership role requires translating business needs into scalable, secure, and adoption-ready solutions across enterprise data platforms and cloud environments. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud data platforms, or related technical roles.
Experience developing and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions using Python and related frameworks or tools.
Experience with cloud data platforms and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, and SQL, to support analytics and AI/ML workloads.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical projects from requirements through implementation.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and adoption approaches.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and translate business problems into practical technical approaches.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of AI, ML, and data solution initiatives across the organization.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support practical AI/ML solutions from prototypes to production.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, and translate needs into plans.
Monitor solution performance, adoption, and business impact for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with IT leadership, data teams, security, and partners to align with enterprise standards.
Contribute to governance of AI and data practices, including guardrails and lifecycle management.
Promote adoption of AI platforms through training and user guidance.
Evaluate tools and architectures that meet business requirements.
Support roadmaps and delivery timelines with leadership and teams.
Provide mentorship to strengthen AI, ML, and data delivery capabilities.
Stay current on emerging AI and cloud capabilities and their business value.
Assist with troubleshooting and post-implementation support for AI/data solutions.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)

Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of AI, machine learning, and data solution initiatives across the organization.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support practical AI/ML solutions, including prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications that deliver business value.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, document requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solution plans.

Promote adoption of approved AI and data platforms through training support, use-case development, stakeholder communication, and practical user guidance.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, architectures, and integration approaches that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
