Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Company Screening initiatives across the Bloomberg Terminal and AI-enabled experiences. You will decompose the screening lifecycle, collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to model data and deliver scalable workflows, and drive migration from legacy apps.

You will partner with Sales and Support to validate decisions, measure impact, and enhance client adoption while ensuring trust and transparency across interfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience in Company Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of company data and datasets.
• Experience with data systems, APIs, data modeling, analytics platforms, or large-scale query workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Company Screening across the Bloomberg Terminal, including AI tool integration.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing client needs, commercial priorities, technical feasibility, and migration requirements.
• Assess adjacent domains to standardize workflows by developing reusable components.
• Translate client and business needs into clear product direction, requirements, and prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to deliver scalable screening capabilities.
• Ensure screening criteria, results, analytics, and workflows are delivered across interfaces, APIs, and data products.
• Define success metrics and measure impact through adoption, engagement, data usage, and outcomes.
