Qualifications

12+ years in software engineering or related leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and enterprise AI platforms.
Deep understanding of context engineering, retrieval strategies, and prompt orchestration.
Experience building scalable platforms or services for knowledge retrieval and memory.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, security, and infra.
Excellent written and verbal communication to translate AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Design and operate enterprise AI Harness for secure, scalable development.
Develop context engineering frameworks for agent memory and knowledge retrieval.
Architect context management services including ingestion and governance.
Design agent memory patterns to improve accuracy and consistency.
Build reusable developer tooling and platform integrations.
Partner with security and architecture teams to meet compliance.
