Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise application delivery.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Hands on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases, and agent based architectures.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building API driven, cloud native applications.
• Experience with Azure, OCI, AWS, or other enterprise cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data engineering, security, governance, and operational readiness.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI and automation solutions across Finance, Risk, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Corporate Systems.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define solution strategies and validate ideas via POCs.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent AI solutions with orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop Action Agents for transactional automation, reporting, and workflow initiation.
• Implement RAG solutions using enterprise data, documents, APIs, and vector databases.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other enterprise platforms.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Establish secure, scalable architectures with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and governance.
