Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the organization’s AI architecture. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, governance, and secure AI deployment across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years in software/architecture, 5+ years in AI/ML, and advanced skills in C#, React, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, including a minimum of 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, required.
• Certification/Licenses: AWS Solutions Architect Professional and AWS Machine Learning – Specialty preferred; Responsible AI / AI Governance certification preferred; AI/ML certification preferred.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns, model integration, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled application design in cloud or distributed systems.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance, and enterprise guardrails for safe AI adoption.
• Experience with AI platform strategies, large language models, and tooling; experience AI integration with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Experience implementing MLOps/LLMOps including deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Experience with AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
• Advanced development skills in C#, React, and Python; collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture strategy, including standards and reference architectures.
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, and service integration.
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and guardrails for secure, compliant AI usage.
• Define AI platform strategy, evaluate providers and tooling aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Define and promote Agentic AI architectural patterns and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI and regulatory requirements.
• Define AI operations standards (LLMOps/MLOps) including lifecycle and deployment pipelines.
• Establish AI security and cost management practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to enable AI adoption and guide solution architecture.
• Interviews with end-users to gather insights on functionality and usability.
