Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture leader to define the vision for Contact Centre AI, Agentic AI, and cross-channel conversational platforms. You will guide design across voice, chat, and digital channels, establishing principles and governance to enable scalable AI adoption.

You will drive the evolution of agentic AI platforms, interoperability standards, and autonomous workflows while partnering with executives to align AI strategy with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years defining enterprise architecture strategy and leading large-scale digital/AI transformation initiatives.
• 6+ years architecting and delivering enterprise-grade conversational AI, Voice AI, and Agentic AI platforms at scale.
• 4+ years deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and architectures (LangGraph, Google ADK, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Proven understanding of emerging agent interoperability and coordination standards, MCP, A2A, ACP, ANP.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architecture vision and technology strategy for Contact Centre AI, Agentic AI, and conversational platforms.
• Lead design of large-scale AI ecosystems across voice, chat, messaging, search, digital channels, and human-assisted experiences.
• Establish architectural principles, reference architectures, governance standards for scalable AI adoption.
• Drive evolution of Agentic AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflow capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to influence enterprise investment.
• Partner with executive leadership to align AI platform strategy with organizational priorities.
