Job summary

Intersect is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to shape and execute our enterprise AI strategy, designing secure, production-ready AI systems on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead technical direction, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and collaborate with data, engineering, and business leaders to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role requires deep GCP AI expertise, governance, and ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of technology program mgmt, product mgmt, tech strategy or related leadership.
• 3+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, data engineering, or enterprise systems.
• Experience designing AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Gemini, AI agents).
• Understanding of large language models, RAG, and modern ML infra.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent practical leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end, enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions on GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini, LLMs).
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and build vendor relationships aligned with security & EA.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scalable AI architectures and roadmaps.
• Establish enterprise AI governance, prompting standards, model lifecycle, and privacy practices.
• Promote AI best practices, enablement resources, and adoption across teams.
• Lead AI adoption and change management with Talent Development collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI architecture, security, and operational excellence.
