Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
• Strong API integration skills with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product teams to frame complex problems and translate requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures.
• Design and build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent architectures such as ReAct and supervisor models.
• Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.
• Build and optimize memory systems, managing context handling and continuity across agent interactions.
• Integrate agents into enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and platform connectors.
• Develop business application agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with integrations into Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Design intuitive, usable AI experiences with a strong product and UX mindset.
• Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and accuracy; apply observability and evaluation tools to measure and improve outcomes.
• Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
