Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC seeks an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale Federal and DoD programs. You will oversee Agile service delivery across multiple teams, drive organizational Agile maturity, and ensure performance meets contractual requirements while coordinating with government stakeholders and executives.

This role requires leadership across enterprise initiatives, expertise in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban, Jira administration, and strong data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience leading Agile teams or large professional services contracts.
• At least 3 years of qualifying experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams and enterprise-level delivery.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives with government stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level Agile programs supporting Federal and DoD customers.
• Direct the execution of multiple concurrent Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Manage program scope, schedule, staffing, risk, and performance objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
• Ensure program objectives and deliverables meet contractual obligations.
• Facilitate communication among government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, execution plans, and performance metrics.
