Job summary

Flagright is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth across North America. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, winning complex deals with fintechs, banks, and financial institutions, while developing deep product and industry expertise for Flagright.

You will build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline, represent Flagright at industry events, coach junior AEs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales with direct closing responsibility.
• Experience selling to financial institutions and fintechs.
• Data-driven approach to optimizing engagement and conversion.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end deals across sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions and fintechs.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Coach junior AEs and contribute to sales playbooks.
