Role Description

Matterport is seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Enterprise Account Executive to sell our products and services across Retail, Facilities Management, and Hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, experienced in sales, and capable of leading sales development initiatives. They should be fluent in market trends, comfortable with technical content, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute an Enterprise Account Plan for strategic accounts within a specified territory.
  2. Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  3. Engage with Fortune 1000 accounts across various industry verticals including commercial real estate, residential real estate, travel & tourism, retail, and construction/manufacturing.
  4. Attend relevant trade shows as required.
  5. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  6. Prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for distributors, potential customers, and management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers through outbound calls and in-person meetings.
  8. Maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure a strong lead pipeline and surpass sales quotas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and 7+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, close large deals, and forecast sales accurately.
  • Experience in account planning and building large-scale enterprise customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of value-based selling, ROI, and MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Ability to identify client pains and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and team-selling experience.
  • Experience in real estate, insurance, restoration, construction, or travel industries preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and presentable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
