Fusion GBS is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their US team. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a growing company.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive and generate new business sales revenue in addition to developing a number of pre-defined existing accounts. This will be achieved by territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities within the assigned territory and engaging with the ecosystem to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring a mix of new business development and existing account expansion.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and key decision-makers, to align Fusion GBS solutions with their business objectives.
  • Apply MEDDIC sales methodology to manage complex sales cycles and accelerate deal progression.
  • Forecast and manage revenue pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, and pre-sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive strategic opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure.

Attributes and Skills

  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
  • Proven ability to drive new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Experience in structuring compelling business cases and ROI models for enterprise customers.
  • Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDIC to navigate complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • High energy, integrity, and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes

Interpersonal Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions and solutions to senior-level executives.
  • Strong numerical ability to interpret and manage revenue forecasts, margin calculations, and financial models.
  • Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of closing complex deals and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, working across teams to align resources and drive success

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing enterprise accounts, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience working withinpartner-led sales modelsor collaborating with channel partners is highly desirable.
