Job description

Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can express passion about new technologies and the possibilities of Data and Advanced Analytics to enterprise customers across a range of industries within an extensive network. This role consists of engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform, Dataiku.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Dataiku, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and owning a territory with prospects and customers across a variety of industries. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with colleagues in marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform, DSS.

Qualifications

• 5‑7 years experience in software field sales
• Strong belief in a customer‑centric selling philosophy and a consultative approach in customer interactions
• Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
• Strong ability to develop a vision that matches prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate champions
• Good articulation of competitive positioning
• Comfortable traveling 30 % to 50 %
• Desired skills: experience in data—big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration
• Early start‑up experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku’s incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges: $140,000 — $150,000 USD
