Flexcompute is a cutting-edge startup delivering ultra-fast simulation technology. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth, close strategic accounts, and ensure long-term customer success.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, building strong relationships with senior buyers, and contributing to go-to-market strategy. This role rewards performance and entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience generating new business and acquiring new clients.
• Ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience with metrics-driven, goal-oriented sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle including discovery, positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
• Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate Flexcompute’s value proposition.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Build long-term relationships to drive expansion and repeat business.
• Represent Flexcompute at industry events and conferences.
• Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
