Our Client, an established SAP IT consulting firm, is expanding into North America. You will lead the new-business charge, define the US go-to-market strategy, and build a scalable pipeline for large enterprise opportunities, reporting to the Global Sales Director.
Ideal candidates bring proven enterprise SAP sales success and experience building a geography from the ground up. This is the first US role with equity options and a base salary around $150k, plus uncapped OTE, with flexibility on
An established SAP IT consulting firm specialising in enterprise transformation is scaling fast under private equity backing. UK-headquartered in the North of England, they're 100% independent, work alongside (not in competition with) the world's largest system integrators, and hold a 93% Net Promoter Score. Having launched two proprietary AI tools last year, they're now selling software alongside their core consulting offering, and set for huge revenue growth.
They're now looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead their new-business charge into North America, a market they see as ten times the size of the UK and their single biggest growth opportunity. What makes this opportunity so compelling is the strength of the foundation: an established, profitable organisation with a strong reputation, a total addressable market of 35,000 customers who need their new tools, deepening ties with a major software vendor who now sends them leads directly, and a leadership team deeply invested in getting the culture and the hire right.
Base salary ranges from $150k (with flex for the right hire) plus double uncapped OTE, plus equity options. You'll be the first and only new-business hire in North America, reporting to the Global Sales Director, with real scope to shape how the region is built and a clear path to owning the full US team number as it grows. Ideal location is East Coast USA, though there's flexibility on the exact location for the right candidate, to maximise crossover with the UK team.
Own the North American new-business number end-to-end: define and execute the US go-to-market strategy and territory plan, and build a sustainable pipeline of large, complex enterprise opportunities. You'll implement MEDDPICC, CRM discipline and the operating rhythms that let this scale, while establishing the brand's presence across North America through relationships with CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of Technology and other senior enterprise leaders. This is a huge opportunity to identify, pursue and close strategic new-logo opportunities from a standing start, and to help source the business's first US SDR hire as you lay the groundwork for the team you'll eventually help build.
You've proven success in enterprise sales within the SAP ecosystem and more broadly in consulting, technology, SaaS or digital transformation businesses, with a track record of personally winning and leading complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities and selling to C-level executives within large enterprises. You've built a new geography, business unit or market from an early stage before, and you're equally comfortable operating as a strategic leader and a hands-on commercial operator. A consultative background across long, complex sales cycles matters more here than pure SaaS experience — there's no fixed weighting between consulting and software sales backgrounds, and deep experience in this specific technology ecosystem isn't essential if you can point to genuinely complex enterprise sales cycles elsewhere.
