Qualifications

Enterprise Account Executive – Scientific SaaS (US – Boston or California or Remote with the ability to be in either Boston or California weekly)

Six-figure base salary + performance bonus | Remote/Boston/California | Full-time

Why This Role?

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing category leader in a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive role, focused on selling complex, high-value cloud solutions that power data-driven decision-making in the world’s most innovative biotech and pharma companies.

You'll lead end-to-end sales cycles, manage 7-figure opportunities, and work closely with internal stakeholders and executive-level clients to drive transformation across R&D, data science, and digital innovation teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own a territory and lead strategic outreach to high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, proof of concept, negotiation, and close
  • Position the company’s platform as a critical enabler of AI, ML, and automation in drug discovery
  • Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders (Scientists, R&D IT, Heads of Digital, CDOs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to drive complex deal execution
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, with support from a world-class RevOps function
  • Actively contribute to account-based marketing initiatives and evangelism at industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in cloud data, AI, or scientific software
  • Proven track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of scientific R&D, life sciences data challenges, and digital transformation in pharma/biotech
  • Experience selling into large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management
  • Highly skilled communicator who can speak confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.
