Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on our security for AI products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, engineering, research, and customer success to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our customer base within the security for AI market segment.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  3. Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  5. Track and report sales performance metrics using CRM tools.
  6. Represent HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences.
  7. Travel requirements: 60-75%.

Who You Are

  1. Located in the DC Metro Area.
  2. TS/SCI Clearance highly desired.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  4. Proven success in enterprise sales within cybersecurity or AI industry, with at least 7 years of experience.
  5. Deep understanding of AI security concepts.
  6. Extensive professional network.
  7. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and in teams.
  9. Experience with CRM software and government acquisition response.
