Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Access Control, this Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - acts as a primary contact for the VS&A VAM team's selling initiatives with end customers in the assigned territory. This specialist manages customer relationships and deploys sales strategies to grow business and meet revenue goals. Working with the VS&A VAM team, this role will drive access control revenue and serve as the internal expert in the marketplace.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and develop an operational and security mindset regarding access control within enterprise accounts, collaborating effectively with sales teams.
  • Drive market share and revenue growth in access control alongside the VAM team and leadership.
  • Build meaningful relationships within enterprise accounts relevant to security and access control, generating opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
  • Identify key partners/end-users, providing resources for effective engagement to increase revenue.
  • Identify product gaps for Product Management to address for greater market exposure.
  • Manage resources such as demo equipment, marketing budgets, and travel budgets.
  • Create standardized market presentations and sales tools for the access control offerings.
  • Gather competitive product and pricing data, maintaining knowledge of the market landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Access Control, preferably in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss products and solutions.
  • Proven success in results delivery and relationship development.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales philosophy.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America as needed.

Territory:

  • Responsible for enterprise accounts across the United States, with frequent travel (approximately 75%).

Salary Range: $67,100 - $148,400
