Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Access Control, this Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - acts as a primary contact for the VS&A VAM team's selling initiatives with end customers within the assigned territory. This specialist proactively manages customer relationships and deploys sales strategies to grow business and meet revenue goals. Working alongside the team, this specialist will drive access control revenue and serve as the internal expert in the marketplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset regarding access control within enterprise accounts and collaborate effectively with sales professionals.
2. Work with the VAM team and leadership to increase market share and revenue.
3. Develop and maintain relationships within enterprise accounts relevant to security and access control, identifying opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
4. Assist the account team in identifying key partners and end-users, providing resources to engage contacts effectively.
5. Identify product gaps for Product Management to address for greater market exposure.
6. Manage business resources such as demo equipment, marketing and travel budgets.
7. Create standardized sales presentations and tools for access control offerings.
8. Gather and report data on competitors and maintain knowledge of market offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Access Control, preferably in enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills regarding our products.
• Proven success in results delivery and relationship building.
• Understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel across North America as needed.

Territory

• Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - Education West covers enterprise accounts across the US.
• Frequent travel (about 75%) by air and car required.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $67,100 - $148,400. Actual compensation depends on experience and skills.
