Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Access Control, this Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control acts as a primary contact for the VS&A VAM team’s selling initiatives with end customers within the assigned territory. This specialist manages customer relationships and deploys sales strategies to grow business and meet revenue goals, working alongside the team to drive access control revenue and serve as the internal expert in the marketplace.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset in relation to access control within named enterprise accounts, collaborating effectively with sales professionals.
  2. Work with the VS&A VAM Team and leadership to increase market share and revenue in access control.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships within enterprise accounts relevant to security and access control, identifying opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
  4. Assist the enterprise account team in identifying key partners/end-users and provide resources for engagement.
  5. Identify product gaps for Product Management to address for greater market exposure.
  6. Manage resources such as demo equipment, marketing and travel budgets.
  7. Create standardized market presentations and sales tools for access control offerings.
  8. Gather data on competitors’ products and pricing, maintaining knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Access Control, preferably in enterprise accounts.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and ability to articulate product solutions.
  3. Proven success in results delivery and relationship development.
  4. Understanding of our go-to-market strategies and sales philosophy.
  5. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  6. Ability to travel throughout North America as needed.
Territory:
  • Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - Education West covers enterprise accounts across the U.S.
  • Frequent travel (about 75% by air and car) required.
Additional Details:

Salary Range: $67,100 - $148,400. Compensation varies based on experience and skills.
