Job summary

RGA, a Fortune 200 company focused on life- and health-related solutions, seeks an IT Access Management professional to deliver enterprise access and support client security needs. You will process requests, advise on appropriate access profiles, and help develop related processes.

The role emphasizes least-privilege access, risk assessment with internal clients, KPI development, and collaboration with a global team to maintain high customer satisfaction and security standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or general industry experience or degree in progress required.
• GED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years IT, or related experience required
• Ability to evaluate Access Management objectives and feasibility is required
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful to customers
• Knowledge of broad security and access provisioning practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to new methods and deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team
• Identity and Access Management tool administration is preferred
• Microsoft Active Directory user administration is preferred
• 3+ years IT audit, controls and regulatory compliance or related experience preferred
• Information security professional certifications such as Security+ or CISSP preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete Enterprise Access Management requests in accordance with corporate policies and within designated timeframe.
• Proactively assist clients with determining the appropriate accesses required for their job function based on least privilege.
• Work with internal clients to assess risks and compliance requirements, and provide guidance.
• Assist in development with other less experienced team members.
• Assist with developing KPIs and monitoring of KPIs.
• Maintain a culture of customer satisfaction and security, resolving conflicts to support both goals.

Under general supervision, deliver logical access to meet business needs. Ensure access requests are processed and completed within a defined response timeframe and in accordance with corporate policies. Provide guidance to clients with identifying the correct access profile. Assist in the development of access related process and procedures. Participate in the reporting and User Access Review processes using the RGA's Identity and Access Management systems.

Principle Duties

• Maintain the culture of customer satisfaction and security. When conflicts between these ideals occur, successfully provide resolution that achieves both goals.

Qualifications

Education:

• H.S. Diploma or General industry experience or degree in progress Required
• Education Degree (GED)
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1+ Years IT, or related experience Required

Compensation Range: $57,300.00 - $81,870.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
