The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active IL LPN licensure, current BLS/CPR, and strong communication skills to support a multidisciplinary team and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Illinois licensure as LPN required per Illinois Nurse Practice Act.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs patient care activities.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care outcomes.
