• Experience leading clinical operations, staff development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of oncology clinic and infusion center operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Otolaryngology services.
• Oversee practice managers and operational leaders; standardize workflows.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Partner with Department Chair and Medical Directors on recruitment and growth.
• Improve access to care and lead referral optimization initiatives.
• Monitor quality, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor managers, lead cross-functional teams, and drive accountability.
