Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lombard/Naperville is seeking a registered nurse for ENT clinics. The RN will support physicians, prepare patients, take vital signs, and coordinate care across locations.

Candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have CPR; one year of experience preferred. The position offers competitive pay within the base range plus incentives, and benefits including health, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting but may consider new grad under specific circumstances.
• Base pay is a portion of the total rewards package with additional compensation via shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, provides high quality support to physicians in meeting the medical needs of the patient.
• Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians; takes vital signs and records medical history/symptoms.
• Performs telephone triage, patient education, handling of physician phone calls, and coordinates tests or admissions.
• Administers immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed; documents activities in the chart.
• Assists physician with procedures; cleans and stocks patient rooms and prepares instruments.
• Completes paperwork such as ordering lab tests, x-rays, or school/work notes.
• Maintains sterile equipment and restocks medications; responds to patient questions as liaison.
• Reports test results to patients as directed; supports OSHA controls and narcotic counting as required.
• Engages with team, follows work rules, and supports care excellence.
