Job summary

Reston Ear, Nose, & Throat, an affiliate of SENTA Partners, seeks a Physician Liaison to recruit new patients by building relationships with referral sources across the Northern Virginia region. You will coordinate sales activities using a consultative approach, virtual outreach, and other marketing techniques to support practice growth.

The role emphasizes developing referral networks, presenting services, and analyzing data to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associates degree with minimum of 2 years of sales/healthcare experience (required).
• Healthcare sales and/or marketing experience required; pulmonology/urgent care/pediatrics experience a plus.
• Experience with Contact Management Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows relationships with referral sources through account visits.
• Conducts face-to-face calls and presentations to introduce ENT and Allergy services.
• Analyzes referral data to optimize sales and routing plans toward sales targets.
• Maintains an effective field activity CRM-tracking system and notes.
• Promotes community outreach and education to increase referrals.
• Supports retention and growth strategies with leadership.
