Job summary

Bon Secours Richmond is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Practice Manager, directing clinical day-to-day operations in Pediatric Specialty Clinics with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires RN licensure, two years nursing experience in healthcare, and EMR proficiency, plus strong leadership and collaboration with staff to improve workflow and service quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physician practice.
• Active RN licensure and BLS preferred.
• EMR experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day supervision of the clinical delivery of services.
• Plan, implement and administer programs including personnel administration, training, and coordination of staff.
• Trains new staff on clinical and administrative duties and current staff on procedures or equipment.
• Provides input on performance evaluations, coaching and workflow improvement.
• Oversees scheduling and timekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
