Curative is seeking an Otolaryngology (ENT) physician for a full-time position in Tucson, AZ. You can build equity through partnership in a physician-owned private practice with strong surgical volume and multiple revenue streams.

Earn $600K to $1M+ annually, with $65K upfront support including a $50K sign-on bonus and $15K relocation assistance, plus PTO and CME days. Join a practice with dedicated support and an established patient base.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery.
• General ENT physicians are preferred, with subspecialties welcome.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in private practice, long-term partnership, and practice ownership.
