UCHealth in Colorado Springs seeks a board-eligible/certified Otolaryngologist for a full-time ENT role. You will join a seven-provider team with strong support from APPs and audiologists and practice at two new clinics with modern equipment. Call is shared within the group to support work-life balance.

Remote visa sponsorship is not available. The position offers a strong compensation package with base salary and incentive potential, plus relocation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Practice general ENT as a full-time role within UCHealth Medical Group's Colorado Springs ENT team.
• Join a cohesive seven-provider group with strong APP and audiology support.
• Work at two UCHealth clinics in Colorado Springs with modern facilities (audiology booths, vestibular testing, stroboscopy, ultrasound).
• Share call equally within the group to maintain Colorado lifestyle.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system across the network.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to practice general ENT, work full time and provide patients with the highest level of service and medical care. • Join a cohesive seven-provider group with robust support from six inpatient and outpatient APPs and three audiologists.
• The current group includes fellowship-trained head and neck surgeons, a microvascular surgeon, a laryngologist, an otologist, a rhinologist, and sleep specialists engaged in tertiary-level care, with opportunities to grow and develop expansive practices.
• Practice at two new UCHealth clinics in Colorado Springs with individual offices and state-of-the-art equipment in office, including audiology booths, vestibular testing, stroboscopy, ultrasound, procedure rooms, and easy access to an ambulatory surgery center.
• Call is shared equally within the group, ensuring you have time to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle.
• Candidates interested in developing a comprehensive practice, or those with a special interest in laryngology and/or skull base surgery, are strongly encouraged to apply.
