SSM Health Monroe Clinic is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative ENT team. You will provide comprehensive care across a diverse case mix and work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Expect a guaranteed salary with an attractive benefits package, onboarding support, and on-site access to EPIC EMR. On-call duties are limited to eight days per month, with opportunities for professional growth within our health system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a dedicated ENT department to provide patient-centered care.
• Manage a diverse case mix including tubes, tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroid procedures.
• Share on-call duties with Madison ENT, up to 8 days per month (nights and weekends).
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Engage in a robust onboarding process to integrate smoothly.
