Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant certification in Michigan.
• One-year ENT clinic experience or graduate of an ENT program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans with ENT team.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to define treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about options, prevention, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech pathologists and outside professionals.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance ENT care knowledge.
• Evaluation and management of patients.
• Work independently and as part of a team with patients, staff, and providers.
