Jackson Physician Search is assisting a physician-led private practice in Southern Oregon to recruit a BE/BC Otolaryngologist for a partnership-track role. The practice includes 3 Otolaryngologists, 4 APPs, 2 AuDs, and 2 HIS, providing a full-spectrum ENT service for adults and children.

The position features a 4-day work week, 1–2 blocked OR days weekly, a $500,000–$550,000 first-year base with production bonuses, plus up to $60,000 sign-on, up to $3,000 monthly residency/fellowship stipend,

Qualifications

• BE/BC Otolaryngologist required.
• Strong interest in ENT with pediatric and adult patients.

Position Details

• 1 Year Partnership Track and the option for ASC and building buy-in.

• $500,000- $550,000 range in year 1 through competitive base salary + production bonuses
• Up to $60,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus, Residency/Fellowship Stipend up to $3,000/month, and Relocation offered.
