The Cleveland Clinic is launching an RN Surgery Resident – ENT OR residency on its Main Campus in Cleveland. This one-year program offers hands-on surgical nursing, a structured core curriculum, and mentorship.

You’ll gain exposure to ENT procedures, work days with on-call requirements, and a comprehensive benefits package. As an RN with acute care interest, you’ll participate in a rigorous residency, document care in EMR, and collaborate with surgeons and care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire is required for moderate/procedural sedation.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in residency core curriculum based on surgery learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise patient care priorities based on acuity, preferences and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision when needed to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
