The role emphasizes patient care before, during, and after procedures, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and professional growth within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months if performing moderate/procedural sedation.
• New grad or RN with <1 year acute direct care inpatient experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and support patients before surgery.
• Maintain a safe, organized sterile environment.
• Assist during surgical procedures.
• Advocate for patients under anesthesia.
• Educate patients and families; communicate clearly.
• Participate in residency core curriculum and ongoing education for professional growth.
