Nebraska Medicine's Otolaryngology department seeks a Nursing Care Coordinator to support Dr. Bingcang and the ENT team in the Lauritzen Outpatient Center.

The role emphasizes coordinating patient care across the continuum, ensuring timely communication and smooth transitions of care in the ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate is a BSN-educated RN with at least three years of RN experience, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years RN experience or approved combination with RN role.
• BSN degree required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make independent clinical judgments.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Nebraska or a compact state.
• BLS certification from an AHA-endorsed program.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care across ambulatory ENT settings.
• Communicate with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with treatment planning and transitions of care.
• Provide targeted interventions to avoid hospitalization or ER visits.
• Support Dr. Bingcang and ENT team for continuity of care.
