Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator for the Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic in Omaha. You will coordinate care across the continuum, partner with the ENT physicians, and ensure timely communication for patients and families in an ambulatory setting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, BSN, and RN licensure in Nebraska or a compact state, with collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Nebraska or compact state
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Ability to coordinate care across settings and teams
• Experience with patient teaching and policies/procedures
• Basic life support (BLS) certification from an AHA program

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient care delivery system for designated patients
• Assist with treatment planning and communication across teams
• Support Dr. Bingcang and ENT team in ambulatory and transition of care
• Provide patient and family education and resources
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, scheduling, and ancillary staff
