The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians by taking vitals, reviewing systems, updating medical histories, and preparing patient charts in the EMR.

In this on-site role you will maintain patient flow, manage scheduling, assist with minor procedures such as EKGs and phlebotomy, and keep exam rooms clean and well stocked while protecting patient confidentiality and following safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program completion preferred.
• 2–5 years MA or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in EMR, Outlook, and Excel; strong communication

Aufgaben

• Maintain patient flow and document review of systems.
• Record vital signs and update medical history in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts by scanning and retrieving records.
• Schedule appointments and handle check-ins/outs.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic procedures as assigned.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and comply with safety policies.
