Job summary
UW Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) for the Ear, Nose and Throat department. You will prepare patients for exams, document complaints, medications and allergies, obtain questionnaires, and assist providers with procedures in a compassionate, family-centered setting.

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent.
- Licensure as an LPN or completion of the UWH MA Apprenticeship Program.
- CCMA/CMA/RMA certification or enrollment in the UWH MA Apprenticeship Program.
- CPR/BLS certification upon hire required.
- One year of MA experience with CMA, RMA or CCMA certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination and document chief complaint, medications, and allergies.
- Obtain patient questionnaires and assist the provider with procedures.
- Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate, patient-family centered environment.
