Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Washington is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for an Ear, Nose, and Throat ambulatory clinic in Bellevue. This part-time, day-shift role offers a 32-hour work week with no weekends or holidays and a stable schedule.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, MA program graduation, and Washington MA credentials with BLS. Prior MA experience is preferred; on-site at Bellevue Medical Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program prior to start date/transfer or equivalent Military experience with ability to obtain MA-I prior to start date.
• Interim Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) required at hire OR Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Collect health status data and vital signs; record in medical record.
• Coordinate care with health team; participate in care plan development.
• Instruct patients and families on health topics and services available.
• Document patient history and ensure safe environment; follow infection control policies.
• Contribute to performance reviews and maintain professional appearance.
