Job summary

Mayo Clinic Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under supervision in the ENT department. You will work with the RN and healthcare team to support patient-centered plans and ensure adherence to care protocols.

The position requires excellent communication, teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced hospital setting. LPN licensure, BLS, and proficiency with electronic medical records are preferred, with full-time hours and day shifts over Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program and LPN licensure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients under supervision of RN or supervisor.
• Participate as a team member to support patient care plans and outcomes.
• Deliver care per patient care plan and organizational policies and procedures.
• Mentor and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
